He served as President of Mark-Taylor Residential for 17 years prior to launching the Stellar platform. Dale has managed over 20,000 third-party units in Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington markets, which included a multitude of national developers' as clientele. Dale has successfully led the charge of bringing over 19,000 A-class new unit lease-ups to market as well as countless award winning dispositions. Under Dale's leadership, his organizations have been credited for #1 Best Places to Work in AZ multiple times, and in 2015 #1 Best Places to Work in the USA.
Chief Financial Officer and Partner of Steller Residential, Ben brings a proven financial track record of taking real estate companies to the next level. Ben's ability to lead teams, author financial models, and manage budgets has generated over $800MM in annual revenue. Ben's vast multifamily experience began at the Ventura Investment Company and then at Wedgewood, where he oversaw residential rehabilitation, apartment and commercial acquisitions, non-performing notes, property management, and private lending for a $2B portfolio. Ben graduated from California State University Channel Islands with a degree in Business Administration/Finance and is also a Ventura County Leadership Academy graduate.
Co-Founder of Stellar Residential, Tanner, has more than 21 years of real estate, finance, and management experience. Tanner began his real estate career while attending college at Gonzaga University. At age 26, Tanner became the Director of Real Estate for Black Rock Development, a real estate development company representing more than 44 entities. Tanner’s track record within multifamily acquisitions, dispositions and operations includes over 12,000 units within Arizona, Texas, and the Oklahoma markets. He has raised more than $250MM of non-institutional private equity through high-net-worth accredited investors, resulting in over $450MM of asset purchases throughout the United States at their time of purchase.
