A Maintenance Technician for Stellar Residential is someone who demonstrates initiative and be able to perform various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and improve the appearance and value of the community and meets all safety standards, site appearance standards and that all apartments, equipment and amenities are maintained in good working order. A Maintenance Technician is responsible for the completion of renovated and rehabilitated apartment units. A Maintenance Technician works alongside the property manager to determine budget, materials and supplies needed. They also coordinate with approved vendors to schedule and complete the renovation of each unit.
