By using the site you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site is for

The site describes our property management services to owners, developers, lenders and their advisors, and lists open roles. Nothing on it is an offer to manage a property. We take on assignments only under a signed management agreement, and that agreement, not this website, governs the relationship. The site is not directed at renters. Residents and prospective residents should use the website of the community itself.

Case studies and figures

The operating results, occupancy figures, rents, expense figures and market comparisons on this site are drawn from the accounting and leasing records of the properties named and from third-party market data, for the periods stated on each page. They describe what happened at those properties in those periods. They are not a promise, forecast or guarantee of what will happen at any other property, and results vary by asset, submarket, capital plan and timing. Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.

Accuracy

We try to keep the site accurate and current, and we correct errors when we find them. Even so, unit counts, community lists, team members and service descriptions can change between updates. If a decision depends on a figure here, ask us and we will confirm it.

Our content

The text, photographs, graphics, logos, data compilations and code on this site belong to Stellar Residential, LLC or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of our services. You may not copy, republish, scrape, frame or use the content commercially without our written permission. The community names and brands shown belong to the owners of those properties.

We link to community websites, LinkedIn, Instagram and map data providers. Those sites are not ours. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site or the contact form to send spam, to probe or disrupt the site, to submit false information, or for anything unlawful. We may block access from anyone who does.
